Auto Animated Poe

Staff Writer: Grave Digger

Reading through articles and synopses, I discovered a Poe biopic. I was excited. The casting was good, but the character names were odd. Watch out: Poe's been animated.

According to the IMDB plot guide: "This is an animated biography of Edgar Allan Poe which includes four of his tales and four of his poems. All of the material relates to Poe's life story. The tales included are MS IN A BOTTLE, MURDER IN THE RUE MORGUE, THE PREMATURE BURIAL and THE BLACK CAT."

For more information, or to read Poe's works, please visit the Edgar Allan Poe Society of Baltimore.

Attached thus far is: Dianne Wiest, Aflred Molina, Joanna Scanlan, and Mark Somen.

The feature is set for release sometime in 2011.
