ries taps into the Twilight craze.Supernatural is a keen, sharply written and smart show. If the newbie diaries is tween fare, then the two shows may not mix well.
The four year veteran show deals with dark and convoluted issues on par with adult sensibilities.
We'll see how tween the Vampire Diaries really are. Well, anything that keeps us away from the terrible HBO series, True Blood, is welcomed relief.
