Peter Berg, the film maker behind "Hancock," "The Kingdom," "Friday Night Lights" and "The Rundown" is in talks to direct a naval action/adventure movie from the board game: Battleship.
Jon and Erich Hoeber will write the script as well as penned the upcoming thriller "Whiteout," based on a comic book.
