Boston is abuzz with Eliza Dushku's new movie called Valediction. The Watertown native is speaking to reporters and tweeting on Twitter about the film. From our sources, the actress dishes about her new role that she is a seductress to a married man.
The married man, played by Ben Barnes, has a daughter in a coma after a tragic car accident. When he tries to unravel the mystery of her coma and save her life, he discovers he is the one in danger. Will he choose the easy way out . . . again?
Valediction means "an act of bidding farewell." MW

Twists and turns, family in crisis, and a man in limbo describe this indie thriller.
Directed by Suri Krishnamma. The cast includes: Eliza Dushku, Ben Barnes, Brenda Fricker, Danny Glover, Johnny Whitworth, and Dennis Haysbert.
Filming in Boston's Watertown ends July 3rd.
The movie is set to be released in 2010.
Update 6/22: Loaded Gun has written that Ben Barnes filmed scenes in Malden Hospital on Friday (Daughter scenes). Eliza Dushku is in LA shooting the second season of Dollhouse. No word on Danny Glover's appearance confirmation yet.
