Just in time for Comic-Con, Warner Bros. will release the Director's Cut of the film. On July 25th, a special screening at the convention will take place.
With an additional 25 minutes added, including a death scene, the movie will screen in a few cities. If you live in LA, NY, Minneapolis, or Dallas, then the limited release is available to you.
The showing might be a ploy to get DVD sales up. The movie racked in a disappointing $107 million in the US.
The Watchmen DVD is out July 21st.
